Remember…your jewelry is crafted from delicate, precious metals… so handle that chain with care.

Limit or keep away from chemicals, perfumes, lotions, pools, natural hot sprints and hot tubs. Sometimes, even your own pH or sweat can cause discolorations (iron deficiency and pregnancy can commonly cause this).

If your chain is in contact these elements, give it a gentle bath using a mild dish soap and a soft brush. After, make sure to completely dry, and give it a good shine with a jewelry cloth. We also recommend using silver cleaner to help make your sterling silver chains as good as new!

Once your chain is custom cut, it is your responsibility to look after, clean, and be mindful. Ignoring these guidelines could lead to a chain that's damaged or broken. We cannot provide replacements for damaged or lost jewelry.

What if it breaks or I want my chain moved?

We will repair your chain if it breaks on the welded jump for free if it is within 60 days of purchase. Please be prepared to show proof of purchase for us to reweld at no cost!

If it breaks on the chain, we can reweld another jump ring for a $20 fee. We also charge $20 to remove a chain and reweld in another location (I.e. change anklet to bracelet).
